A key look from the Alexander Wang Spring-Summer 2015 show.
For Spring Summer 2015 Alexander Wang employed uber-masculine plumbers to fix a post apocalyptic wasteland. It was industrial and utilitarian streewear, functional and synthetic, outerwear dominant and a very big contrast to most of the other shows so far. There have been several collections which have used very masculine themes for Spring summer 2015, Greek warriors at KTZ in London and the Samurai warrior priests at Craig Green, but none of them with quite the same aggression as Alexander Wang’s Urban, futuristic street cleaners, certainly a huge contrast to the sensual ballerina’s at Dries Van Noten.
