Milan shows – Bottega Veneta

A key look from the Bottega Spring-Summer 2015 show.

Tomas Maier’s presentation for Bottega Veneta was another collection, which at least on the surface, looked simple and easy. Overall, the attitude was very much relaxed and slouchy, with hand painted knitwear, relaxed jersey pieces, sweat pants and straight leg, long rise slacks which were paired with deep cut, open neck shirts all in an effortlessly simple colour palette of soft greys, indigo and biscuit. This was also another collection ( alongside E.Tautz and Marni ), which presented over-sized wide leg shorts, which are emerging as the key items for Spring Summer 2015, as well as the inclusion of elements with a strong influence of indigo.
